About this game
Car Race gives every player a car to root for. After a 3, 2, 1 countdown the cars take off, trade places, and cross the line. Whoever finishes last is it.
How to play
- Enter 2 to 12 players and choose how many get caught.
- Press Go! to start the countdown.
- After a race of around ten seconds, every car shows its finishing position.
When it works best
- Cheering together on a big screen
- Setting a full order, such as who presents first or picks a snack first
If you set two or more people to get caught, that many are taken from the back of the field.
Is it fair?
Finishing positions are shuffled at random at the start. Speed changes during the race are there to create lead changes, so an early lead is no advantage and falling behind is no disadvantage. That's why it's worth watching to the very end.

Do I steer the car?
No. Press Go! and the cars run themselves.
Does the top lane have an advantage?
No. Lane and entry order have no effect on the result.
Can I use it to pick a winner?
Yes. The result window shows last place, but all positions are displayed, so you can simply read off first place instead.
