Nature of the service

The Site is a free recreational service for settling turn order and light forfeits. It is not a gambling, lottery or prize draw service, and it must not be used to stake money or anything of financial value.

Using results

• Results are for fun. Do not use them for important legal, financial, medical, employment or admissions decisions.
• For official draws such as prize promotions, use a separate method that meets the applicable laws and procedures.
• We work to keep results random, but we make no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose.

Forfeits and safety

Forfeits should stay within what all players agree to. Do not use the Site for dangerous acts, coercion, harassment, pressured drinking or anything illegal. Players are responsible for any problems arising from a forfeit.

Some games include sudden loud sounds, vibration, screen shake and flashes. If you are sensitive to light or have health concerns, please avoid those games.

Fictional themes

Games with a toy gun or bomb are make-believe play in a cartoon style. They have no connection to real weapons or explosives and don't encourage any real-world behavior.

Prohibited conduct

• Interfering with the normal operation of the Site
• Using the Site to harass or defame others
• Copying and redistributing Site content without permission

Intellectual property

Rights to the Site's text, images and game designs belong to the operator or the rightful owners.
